To cancel your subscription, please go to your account page (https://www.ilovemahj.com/myAccount) and ensure Auto Renew is marked as OFF (under Plan Details). No future payments will be taken.
Once your current subscription ends, your account will be deactivated and you will no longer have access to the paid parts of the I LOVE MAHJ platform. However, your account can be reactivated at any time by signing in to your account at ilovemahj.com and following the instructions on the screen to resubscribe.
If you wish to have your account totally removed from the platform (which would delete your stats and all other game data), please contact us.
