A week before a game, players receive an invitation to attend, RSVP as follows:
- To indicate you will attend the game, click "Yes, I will be there". If the player limit has been reached, you will be placed on the waiting list
- To indicate you will NOT attend, click "No, I can't make it this time"/li>
The host will be notified on your RSVP. If you change your mind about attending, click the buttons in the email again.
You will also be requested help provide items (eg: chairs, tables, mahj sets) for the game. If you can provide these items, go to the game's page and select the number of items you can provide from the respective dropdowns. The host will be notified
