Our main email address is: info@ilovemahj.com

Prevent our emails ending up in a Spam/Junk folder by adding info@ilovemahj.com to your contact list

If you don't seem to be receive ilovemahj.com emails, a good place to start is to check your spam or junk folder. If you see our emails there, then please safelist our email address (info@ilovemahj.com). Safelisting (also known as "whitelisting") an email address ensures that emails sent from that specific address reach the Inbox, instead of being marked as spam.

In most cases you only need to update the safelist in your email service, but sometimes you'll also need to update the safelist in your security program (McAfee, Norton, etc).

How to Safelist an Email Address in a Security Program

Certain firewall and intrusion prevention security programs can interfere (or block) email. If you're not receiving our emails and you have already safelisted our email address in your email client, it is likely that you'll also need to update the safelist in your security program. This is less likely to affect web-based email programs, like Gmail, Yahoo, or AOL, and more likely to affect desktop-based email programs, like Outlook, Thunderbird, or AppleMail, because they sit behind the firewall for an operating system or network.

We've details some of the security programs below, along with instructions on how to safelist an email address. If you don't see your security program listed, please visit your provider's support webpage and search for instructions to add "safe senders" to the safelist, or contact them directly.

Important: Some security programs prompt you to restart your computer to allow the changes to take effect.
