Sometimes people lose their internet connection during the game. Most of the time, these disconnects are short and the game will resume automatically. If the game seems stuck (for instance, a player says they've passed tiles but you have not received them), the Table Leader (the first player to join the table and has the Start Game button) can use the "Fix Frozen Game" option under the gear menu. This will resend the tiles that may have gotten missed during the disconnect.


Sometimes, people are slow to play because they are beginners and need a little more time to think, or they get distracted by children, the phone ringing, or other activities and forget to play. Since our game offers audio/video, we expect players to talk to each other to get things moving. If you declined the audio/video connections, you can still use the text chat option, found towards the bottom right of the screen, to communicate with others.


If the player still does not respond, feel free to close the game (you will not be penalized in this case).
