This could be a case of technology not being as helpful as we would like!


Signing in with a new password should work perfectly. However, many people allow their browsers to store their passwords for various websites and then auto-complete these for them when they are logging in. We believe this is where the confusion begins, because the browser doesn’t know about the new password and is, therefore, auto-completing with an old one. So, we suspect this is likely the issue being experienced.


To get around this, after you have set a new password, please go to ilovemahj.com/login and physically type your email address AND the new password (do not allow your browser to auto-complete these for you). 

You will now be able to successfully sign in to your I LOVE MAHJ account and your browser should then ask if you would like to update your saved password. Answer YES to this question when it pops up on your screen. If you play on more than one device, please be sure to go through this routine on all of them, otherwise your browser will auto-complete your login details with an old password and you’ll be back to square one.
