Hands loaded in the game have been checked carefully, and used by thousands of players, so I can assure you they match the card. If yours don't match, there are a few possibilities:
1. You may have the wrong card selected in the game. Double-check the card you're using and select it at the beginning of the game. You can change the card used in the game by clicking "Change Card" on the front page of the game (above the Start Game button).
2. If you have the right card selected and you see discrepancies, you may have a fake card. Where did you buy your card from? We're aware that there are a lot of fake cards sold on Amazon, Ebay, etc. These cards looks similar to the real card, but the hands inside are wrong. We recommend buying your cards only from the National Mah Jongg League.
3. You may be misreading the card. There are a few confusing hands on the NMJL 2026 card. We've put together a page clarifying the confusing hands on this year's card: https://www.ilovemahj.com/kb/67000752308
